About the role
As an HR Services Division representative, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Conduct job analyses to support compensation decisions
- Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
- Administer employee benefits programs
- Resolve employee relations issues and conduct performance evaluations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in HR or related field
- Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance with employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
