Maintain Activity Calendars

• Reflect resident population needs
• Include special activities during workdays, holidays, and weekends

Participate in the Care Plan Process

• Organize and implement activity department guidelines

Maintain Documentation

• Comply with State and Federal regulations

Instruct and Coordinate Volunteers

• With patients

Maintain Recreation Equipment and Supplies

• Interview and assess patients on admission and regularly thereafter
• No less than prior to each care plan conference

May Be Required to Coordinate Public Functions

• ADC required
