About the role
We are seeking a Permitting Coordinator to join our team. The Permitting Coordinator will be responsible for managing the permitting process for new developments and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the permitting process for new developments
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and developers to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with city officials and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits
- Monitor permit timelines and communicate progress to project teams
- Prepare and submit required documentation for permits
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (architecture, engineering, urban planning, etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in permitting or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
- Experience working with city officials and other regulatory bodies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Schedule
The Permitting Coordinator will work a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
