Permit Facilitator
About the role
We are seeking Permit Facilitators to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure pre-construction requirements are met, supporting project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple project details concurrently and ensure all project deliverables meet permit requirements, franchise agreements, and regulatory standards.
- Attend progress status meetings and communicate changes and issues to develop and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Promote and communicate the contributions of your department towards achieving overall company and departmental goals.
- Provide technical and analytical support to the project team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction, urban planning, engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), Environmental, Geography, or related field.
- 2-10 years of project coordination, project operations, project administration, or project management experience.
- Experience within the construction, city planning, energy, utilities, engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with or exposure to permitting.
- Experience with Salesforce, AutoCAD, GIS Software (for maps, data, and other graphic displays).
- Ability to read TCPs (Traffic Control Plans).

Pay
This position pays between $68,640 and $76,960 annually and is an exempt position. The specific amount within this range will be influenced by the work location and various factors, such as internal equity, professional skills, work experience, and pertinent education or training.
Schedule
This is a hybrid-remote position requiring regular on-site work in one of the following areas: San Ramon, Sacramento, Auburn, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Salinas, San Jose, Hollister, or Santa Rosa. Travel for client and agency meetings is typically 10%.
