Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient care in accordance with regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure
- Experience preferred but not required
