What You'll Do

As a permanent part-time outpatient therapist/rehabilitation professional in Yuba City, CA, you will be responsible for:

• Providing therapy and rehabilitation services to patients under the supervision of licensed professionals.
• Assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a therapist/rehabilitation professional in California.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in outpatient therapy/rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
