About the role
The primary responsibility of this Medical Technologist Laboratory position is to perform a wide range of complex laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of a licensed medical technologist or physician. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing technical support to healthcare providers.Responsibilities
- Performing routine and complex laboratory tests and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Providing technical assistance to healthcare professionals

- Maintaining equipment and supplies in good working order
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
- Current certification as a Medical Technologist from a recognized body
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
