About the role
As a Medical Technologist CLS full-time position in McAllen, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests using automated and manual equipment.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all tests.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to healthcare providers.
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols.
- May participate in quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a CLS certification program.
- Current Texas Medical Laboratory Technician license.
- Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
Qualifications
