Permanent Speech-Language Pathologist

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals
- Provide skilled speech-language therapy using appropriate clinical techniques and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support coordinated patient care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans, strategies, and recommendations
- Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and overall quality of life
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for California licensure
- ASHA certification or eligibility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Caregiving and patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation Details
For candidates with at least one year of SLP experience and beyond, the anticipated compensation range is $60–$65/hour, based on qualifications and experience. For new graduates, compensation will be discussed separately and will be aligned with their level of experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
