About the role
Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving at an incredible pace, with a focus on getting products to guests faster than ever before. A role in a Supply Chain Facility means being on the front lines of ensuring products reach guests and stores promptly.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Attend safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
- Accurately process merchandise to our stores and guests.
- Work safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
- Report to work on time and complete job tasks as assigned accurately and on time.
- Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
Requirements
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
- Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
- Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
Qualifications
- Warehouse Worker: Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable. Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable).
- Food Distribution Center: Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift.

Pay
Starting pay ranges for Warehouse Associate and Warehouse Worker roles are as follows:
- Warehouse Associate: $21.15 to $23.67 per hour.
- Warehouse Worker: $23.50 to $26.36 per hour.
Schedule
Shifts available include:
- Warehouse Associate: Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM, Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00PM-2:00AM.
- Warehouse Worker: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00PM-2:00AM, Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00PM-6:00AM, Sunday, Monday, Saturday 6:00AM-6:00PM.
