Permanent Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Openings (T3865)

About the role

Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to get products to guests faster than ever. A role in a Supply Chain Facility involves being part of the team that makes this happen.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Accurately process merchandise to stores and guests.
• Handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete job tasks accurately and on time.
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills, read labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.

Qualifications

• Able to operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift) and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable (for Warehouse Worker).
• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerators and freezers for majority of shift (for Food Distribution Center).

Pay

Starting pay ranges from $22.75 to $26.00 per hour for Warehouse Associates, and from $24.50 to $27.50 per hour for Warehouse Workers. Shift differentials may apply, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour.

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 6:30 PM - 4:30 AM
