Full Time Hourly Warehouse Operations Openings (T3802)

About the role

Target's Global Supply Chain and Logistics is evolving rapidly, aiming to get products to guests faster than ever. A role in a Supply Chain Facility involves actively contributing to the efficient movement of products, impacting thousands of team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Accurately process merchandise to stores and guests.
• Handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Engage in problem-solving to support continuous improvement.
• Work independently and in a team environment with a positive and respectful attitude.

Requirements

• Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Able to accurately use basic math skills, read labels, tickets, and product documentation.
• Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after training.
• Able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency.

Qualifications

• Able to operate powered equipment safely (Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift) and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable (for Warehouse Worker).
• Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerators and freezers for most of the shift (for Food Distribution Center).

Shifts available include:

• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday, Monday, Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Pay

• Warehouse Associate: Starting at $20.90 per hour, with a range of $20.90 to $24.78 per hour.
• Warehouse Worker: Starting at $24.00 per hour, with a range of $24.00 to $28.31 per hour.
