Permanent Allied-Radiology Tech, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for EP procedures by explaining the process, obtaining consent, and ensuring their comfort.
• Monitor and record electrocardiograms (ECGs) and intracardiac signals during EP procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment to guide physicians during diagnostic or interventional procedures.
• Maintain accuracy of patient data and procedure details.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the EP lab, including providing basic life support (BLS) or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).

Work Environment

• Work in hospitals or specialized electrophysiology labs equipped with advanced imaging technology.
