Permanency Supervisor
Career Summary
This role is ideal for experienced child welfare leaders with a strong background in case management oversight, staff supervision, and achieving positive outcomes for children and families.
Requirements
- Direct supervisory experience in one or more of the following areas: - Permanency Supervision - Conservatorship Supervision - Family-Based Safety Services (FBSS) Supervision - Child Protective Investigations (CPI) Supervision
- Experience may be gained through DFPS, an SSCC, or a comparable child welfare agency.
Benefits
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for candidates with 3–4 years of qualifying supervisory experience
- $8,000 for candidates with 5+ years of qualifying supervisory experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited four-year college or university
- 4 years full time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency

The average salary is $67,204.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).
