About the role
A full-time permanent Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a 77-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab, long-term care, and respite services.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy to patients in a skilled nursing environment
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding patient care and documentation
Requirements
- Active Tennessee SLP license
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred
- Strong documentation and patient care skills
Qualifications
- New grads not accepted

Pay
$40 – $42/hour
