Speech Language Pathologist / SLP - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and other therapists
• Provide education and training to residents and their families
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of rehabilitation programs

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Wisconsin
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of speech-language pathology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
