Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Monitor progress against project plans and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project status and deliverables.
- Manage risks and issues proactively to mitigate potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform project decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar software.
Qualifications
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Knowledge of project risk management techniques and tools.
- Understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
