Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor progress against project plans and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on project status and deliverables.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively to mitigate potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to inform project decisions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar software.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Knowledge of project risk management techniques and tools.
  • Understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
