Job Summary
About the role
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join their team at Pine Lodge.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with a variety of physical impairments
- Provide hands-on therapy to improve strength, balance, coordination, and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and recovery plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Support both short-term rehabilitation patients and long-term care residents
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of West Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
