Perishable Warehouse Worker

About the role

As a warehouse employee, you’ll accurately select cases and build pallets for store delivery—playing a key role in keeping shelves stocked and meeting customer demand. Ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, physical work.

Responsibilities

• Build and stack pallets to ensure product protection and safe delivery
• Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, Vocollect)
• Effectively communicate with management and the team
• Work within our warehouse environment where temperatures range from -20°F in Frozen to 105°F in Grocery
• Lift 20–25 pounds regularly, with maximum weight exceeding 50 pounds occasionally to frequently

Safety & Training

• Comprehensive safety training for new employees, delivered by dedicated professional trainers
• Ongoing, continuous safety training throughout the year
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and/or cold weather gear provided at no cost

Pay

• Competitive pay with scheduled increases starting as soon as 90 days on the job
• Full-time earning potential up to $33.40/hour with 3 years on the job
• Pay differential for select positions
