About the role
Legacy Maternal Fetal medicine is seeking a BE/BC MFM to join their well-established practice in Portland, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations
- Share weekend rounding responsibilities
- Attend labor management and deliveries with an excellent team of OB Hospitalists
- Perform advanced procedures such as CVS, amniocentesis, PUBS/IUT, and D&E
- Participate in the Fetal Therapy Program and collaborate with pediatric subspecialists
- Care for patients in the Family Birth Center at Randall Children’s Hospital and Legacy Salmon Creek Family Birth Center
- Collaborate with the Randall Children’s Hospital NICU, a Level IV NICU offering comprehensive care
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. with completed ACGME/AOA-accredited residency in obstetrics and gynecology
- Completion of an approved Maternal-fetal medicine fellowship program
- American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG) certification preferred
- At least 50 patients with Maternal-fetal medicine inpatient or consultative services in the past 12 months
- Demonstrated competency with advanced OB ultrasound
