Performance Tester with Security Clearance

About the role

The Penetration Tester is responsible for assessing the security of computer systems and networks by simulating attacks to identify vulnerabilities. This position requires a security clearance and proficiency with Splunk.

Responsibilities

• Conducts penetration testing on various systems to identify security weaknesses
• Develops and implements strategies to mitigate identified vulnerabilities
• Collaborates with other security professionals to enhance overall system security
• Keeps up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Experience with penetration testing tools such as Metasploit and Nmap
• Knowledge of network protocols and operating systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related field

• $97,969 per year (Mantech)

Schedule

• Full-time
