Systems Engineer - Test with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results
• Experience supporting the development of Sponsor test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test and Evaluation (T&E), Strategy, Test and Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports
• Experience with providing specialized T&E capabilities and integration tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance areas

• Entry-Level/Developmental: High School Diploma + 6 years of experience, Associates Degree + 4 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 2 years of experience, Masters Degree + 0 years of experience
• Full Performance/Journeyman: High School Diploma + 8 years of experience, Associates Degree + 6 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 4 years of experience, Masters Degree + 2 years of experience
• Senior: High School Diploma + 10 years of experience, Associates Degree + 8 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 6 years of experience, Masters Degree + 4 years of experience, PhD + 2 years of experience
• Expert/Master: High School Diploma + 12 years of experience, Associates Degree + 10 years of experience, Bachelors Degree + 8 years of experience, Masters Degree + 6 years of experience, PhD + 4 years of experience

Pay

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is $53,000 to $270,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
