Performance Tester
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description and extract content for each relevant section. Let's identify sections: - About the role: likely the introductory paragraph describing GDIT and role purpose. Could be "We are GDIT..." etc. We'll put that as prose under About the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties: "Developing performance test strategies...", "Building and executing performance test scripts...", etc. Those are under "How a Salesforce Performance Tester Will Make An Impact:" list. - Requirements: maybe required skills? Actually "Required Skills:" list. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we need to decide where to put required skills vs qualifications vs skills. Typically "Required Skills" could go under Skills. "Job Qualifications:" maybe under Qualifications. "Experience:" maybe under Requirements. Let's map. We have: Job Qualifications: Performance Testing, Test Management, Test Scripts Certifications: None Experience: 5 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: No Then later: Required Skills: Master’s degree and 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, with at least 4 years of Salesforce performance testing experience.... (list many). Preferred Skills: ... list. Also there is "Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance (T4)." and "Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years." Also "Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40" (Schedule). "The likely salary range for this position is $119,000 - $161,000." (Pay). Benefits: described later under "Total Rewards At GDIT:" etc. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. So we will include About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include empty sections. Now we need to extract content. About the role: The paragraph(s) describing GDIT and role purpose before responsibilities. Let's capture: "We are GDIT. The people supporting and securing some of the most complex government, defense, and intelligence projects across the country. We ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work has meaning and impact on the world around us, but also on us, and that’s important. GDIT is your place. You make it your own by embracing autonomy, seizing opportunity, and being trusted to deliver your best every day. We think. We act. We deliver. There is no challenge we can’t turn into opportunity. And our work depends on a Salesforce Performance Tester joining our Federal Services System Support and Oversight (FSSSO) program to remotely support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) activities. At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Salesforce Performance Tester supporting CMS, you will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring the scalability, reliability and responsiveness of Salesforce applications across multiple Salesforce environments." That seems appropriate. Responsibilities: The bullet list after "How a Salesforce Performance Tester Will Make An Impact:" each sentence starting with a verb. We'll turn each into
or drop it. Clearance levels maybe minor metadata but we could include in a short p under Requirements. However we should avoid filler like "None". Might be considered not substantive. Better to include only substantive: Experience 5+ years related experience, US Citizenship Required: No, Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance (T4), Candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years. Also maybe "Public Trust/Other Required: BI Full 6C (T4)" from earlier but that's similar. We'll put these as
- items.
Qualifications: The "Job Qualifications: Performance Testing, Test Management, Test Scripts". That's a short list. Could be under Qualifications.
Skills: The Required Skills and Preferred Skills combined? We'll put under Skills heading, with sub-sections? But we only allowed headings from list; we can't add subheadings. We could combine required and preferred into a single list, but we need to preserve all info. Could separate into two

indicating Required Skills and Preferred Skills. That's allowed as prose. Thus under Skills heading we can have a paragraph "Required Skills:" then a ul, then paragraph "Preferred Skills:" then ul. Benefits: The "Total Rewards At GDIT:" paragraph describing benefits. We'll extract that as prose under Benefits. Pay: The salary range paragraph. Schedule: "Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40".
