Performance Tester

About the role

As a Performance Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the application performance and stability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing of Java-based applications and distributed systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Automate regression testing with Selenium and other modern tools to improve testing efficiency.
• Analyze application performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning strategies.
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to support monthly releases and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance testing of Java applications and distributed systems.
• Extensive hands-on experience with JMeter and/or BlazeMeter for various testing types.
• At least 5 years of experience with Selenium for automation and regression testing.
• Strong understanding of application performance metrics, JVM, application server, database, and infrastructure performance analysis.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
