Pay

$62,000–$75,000/year, depending on skill level and experience. Includes profit sharing and benefits.

Responsibilities

As Marketing Copywriter for RamseyTrusted, you'll create persuasive, customer-focused marketing copy that helps people confidently connect with trusted tax professionals. You’ll write clear, compelling messaging across multiple channels—including landing pages, paid ads, email campaigns, product messaging, web pages, and other digital marketing assets—that drives engagement, conversion, and business growth.

• Translate customer insights into messaging that reflects Ramsey's trusted voice while helping customers take their next step with confidence
• Collaborate with marketers, designers, paid media specialists, and product partners
• Produce exceptional copy, think strategically about customer behavior, and continuously improve performance through testing, collaboration, and data-informed decision making

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional marketing or advertising copywriting experience
• Portfolio showcasing conversion-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Ability to write concise, persuasive copy that motivates customers to take action
• Enjoy collaborating with marketers, designers, and cross-functional teams to launch high-performing campaigns
• Balance creativity with business goals and customer needs
• Excited to learn and write in Ramsey's distinctive brand voice
• Use feedback to continuously improve your craft
• Leverage AI and other modern writing tools to increase efficiency while maintaining high-quality work
