About the role

This role is for a Performance Marketing Associate at Solace, a high-growth startup focused on simplifying healthcare navigation.

What You'll Do

• Campaign Setup & QA Support: Organize briefs, channel specs, creative files, audiences, links, and tracking requirements; assist with campaign setup and perform structured QA; maintain campaign calendars and launch trackers.
• Measurement & Reporting: Build and QA UTMs and other campaign tracking inputs; pull recurring performance data; help maintain pacing sheets, dashboards, and campaign reports; monitor metrics and flag unusual changes.
• Creative, Agency & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with creative and brand teams; coordinate with agencies and vendors; work with product, analytics, and other teams to surface and resolve tracking or funnel issues.

What You Bring to the Table

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships, coursework, student consulting, freelance work, paid-media projects, analytics projects, and personal side projects.
• Comfort working with numbers and spreadsheets; exceptional attention to detail and patience for QA work; curiosity about digital advertising, growth, consumer behavior, experimentation, and marketing results.
• Strong organization and follow-through; clear communication and confidence in flagging issues; growth mindset and willingness to learn new tools and platforms quickly; balance of action and care around data quality.

Qualifications

• Google Sheets or Excel skills.
