Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of dealership and dealer group clients
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with General Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Directors, and ownership groups
- Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
- Drive client retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth
- Lead business reviews and performance discussions with dealership leadership
- Partner with internal sales, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Identify opportunities to increase recall completion rates, service revenue, customer retention, and overall dealership performance
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and industry expertise
Qualifications
- 7+ years of automotive Fixed Operations, dealership leadership, automotive consulting, or client success experience
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, service department performance, customer retention strategies, and profitability drivers
- Experience working directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Directors, and multi-rooftop dealer groups
- Proven success managing high-value client relationships and influencing executive stakeholders
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
