We need to extract sections: About the role (maybe the intro about firm and role), Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe "Your Experience."), Qualifications (maybe "Preferred Qualifications"), Skills (maybe list of skills like communication, project management, etc.), Benefits (Total Rewards package), Pay (none given), Schedule (hybrid schedule info). We must only include sections if they have real specific content. Pay: not given, so omit. Schedule: we have hybrid schedule info: "hybrid capacity", "expected to be thoughtful and intentional... encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week." That's specific enough. So include Schedule section.
Benefits: "We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer." That's specific enough. So include Benefits.
About the role: The intro paragraphs describing firm and role. Could be considered About the role. We'll include.
Responsibilities: The bullet list after "YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To". We'll extract each responsibility as list items.
Requirements: The "Your Experience." list of required qualifications (5+ years experience, bachelor's degree, experience in public accounting, etc.) We'll treat as Requirements.
Qualifications: The "Preferred Qualifications" list (tools, PHR/SHRM-CP). We'll treat as Qualifications.
Skills: Could extract from requirements list items like project management, communication, attention to detail, presentation skills, collaboration, resilience, data analysis, flexibility, Microsoft Office proficiency. Might be considered skills. But we already have many of those in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we can combine. However instructions: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could merge Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow headings list: we can include Skills if we have distinct skill content not covered elsewhere. The Requirements already list many skill-like items. Could we treat Requirements as experience/education, and Qualifications as preferred, and Skills as core competencies? Might be okay to include Skills section extracting the skill bullets: "Strong and effective project management skills", "Outstanding verbal and written communication skills", "Exceptional attention to detail", "Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations...", "Superior presentation skills", "Demonstrated success as a collaborator and relationship builder", "Ability to work effectively under challenging conditions; demonstrates resilience", "Ability to bring multiple ideas from different channels into fruition", "Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights", "Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment and comfortable with ambiguity", "Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook". Those are skills. We'll keep them.
But we must avoid duplication: The Requirements section currently includes those same items? Let's see: The "Your Experience." paragraph includes: "5+ years of experience as a Performance Management Manager or in a similar position Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field Experience working for a Public Accounting or Professional Services Firm Demonstrates deep expertise in performance management and applies strong business acumen to develop and recommend strategic solutions Strong and effective project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to produce accurate, polished, and high-quality work products in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level presentations, communications, and materials that are visually compelling, strategically aligned, and tailored for senior leadership audiences Superior presentation skills with the ability to adapt appropriately to target audiences, influence and foster group communication Demonstrated success as a collaborator and relationship builder with the ability to facilitate strategic working sessions Ability to work effectively under challenging conditions; demonstrates resilience Ability to bring multiple ideas from different channels into fruition Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights Ability to be flexible in a dynamic environment and comfortable with ambiguity Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook". So the Requirements section already includes all those skill items. So if we also create a Skills section, we'd duplicate. Better to not have a separate Skills section; we can treat those as part of Requirements. The instructions: "Use
