We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "WHY COHNREZNICK?" maybe considered boilerplate? It's about firm culture; could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "WHY COHNREZNICK?" section is about firm mission, values, benefits. Might be considered part of Benefits or About the role. We can include a section "About the role" summarizing firm description and hybrid nature. But we must not invent or summarize away detail; we must preserve all substantive information. So we need to keep details: firm description, hybrid work expectation, mission, values, total rewards, responsibilities list, experience requirements, preferred qualifications, salary range (Massachusetts). Also mention "Universal Job Standards" etc? That's more boilerplate encouraging to apply; maybe we can drop as it's application instruction? It's encouraging to apply; could be considered application instruction. Probably drop. We must not create sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule unless posting actually states them. The posting does mention benefits: "We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer." That's benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Pay: posting includes salary range for Massachusetts: $118,000 to $178,000. So we can have Pay section. Schedule: posting mentions hybrid, expected in-office 3 days a week average. That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Performance Management Manager". We'll have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Experience and Qualifications?), Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: - About the role: firm description, hybrid work expectation, mission, values? Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: bullet list of responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe "Your Experience" bullet list (the successful candidate will have: ...). That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Qualifications" bullet list. - Skills: maybe not separate; could be part of Requirements/Qualifications. But we could have Skills section if we extract skills like "Strong project management", "communication", etc. However those are already in Requirements. To avoid thin sections, maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section "Requirements". But instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. We need to include all substantive info: firm description, hybrid expectation, mission/values, total rewards (benefits), responsibilities list, experience requirements (including years, degree, public accounting experience, expertise, project management, communication, attention to detail, executive presentations, presentation skills, collaboration, resilience, ability to synthesize ideas, data analysis, flexibility, MS Office proficiency), preferred qualifications (AI tools, SharePoint, Qualtrics 360, Cornerstone, UKG, PowerBI, PHR/SHRM-CP), salary range, schedule (hybrid, 3 days in office). We must not include boilerplate like "Universal Job Standards", EEO statements, accommodation contact, unsolicited resumes note, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (maybe some repeated phrases). Also remove "WHY COHNREZNICK?" heading but we can incorporate its content into About the role or Benefits. We must not include application instructions like "please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards", "if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align perfectly ... we still encourage you to apply." That's application encouragement; could be considered boilerplate; we should drop. Also remove "CohnReznick is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove the legal disclaimer about alternative practice structure, etc. That's boilerplate. Also remove the hashtags #GD #IND123. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    Schedule

This is a hybrid position; team members are expected to be in the office/together in person on average three days a week, with the exact cadence determined at the team level.

Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation, unsolicited resumes, legal disclaimer about alternative practice structure, hashtags, "Universal Job Standards", encouragement to apply, etc. We kept all substantive info: firm description, hybrid expectation, mission/values (we included "emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and balancing work with everyday life, offering a robust Total Rewards package." That's from WHY COHNREZNICK? but we kept essence. Did we lose any specific details like "working alongside your peers to solve a client challenge, or volunteering together at the local food bank"? That's part of WHY COHNREZNICK? but we may have omitted. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep those specifics. However we can incorporate them into Benefits or About the role. Let's add them. We have Benefits list: we could add "opportunities to volunteer with peers (e.g., local food bank)" and "collaborating with peers to solve client challenges". But those are more about culture, not benefits. Could be part of About the role. Let's adjust About the role paragraph to include: "Whether it’s working alongside your peers to solve a client challenge, or volunteering together at the local food bank, there are many ways to find your “why” at the firm." Also mention mission to create opportunity, value, and trust. Let's rewrite About the role:

CohnReznick is a top national professional services firm providing advisory, assurance, and tax services through CohnReznick LLP and CohnReznick Advisory LLC, serving clients worldwide as an independent member of Nexia. The firm’s mission is to create opportunity, value, and trust for clients, people, and communities, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and balancing work with everyday life – whether working alongside peers to solve client challenges or volunteering together at the local food bank. It offers a robust Total Rewards package. This Performance Management Manager position is hybrid, with an expectation of in‑person collaboration on average three days per week.

That captures the WHY COHNREZNICK? content. Now Benefits: we listed generous PTO, flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, paid time off for employees to volunteer. That's from the text. Good. Check if any other benefits: "invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to
