We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statements, legal, etc. Also remove "Universal Job Standards" note? That's more about encouraging application; maybe considered boilerplate? It's not strictly EEO but still generic encouragement. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "Universal Job Standards" paragraph is encouraging to apply if not meet all qualifications; that's somewhat application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove it.
Also remove the brand name explanation paragraphs about CohnReznick LLP etc. Those are legal/boilerplate. Remove equal opportunity employer paragraph, etc. Remove contact email for accommodation, etc. Remove the note about unsolicited resumes. Remove the hashtags.
We need to keep substantive info: firm description, hybrid work details, why CohnReznick (mission, values, total rewards), responsibilities, experience/requirements, preferred qualifications.
We need to structure sections: About the role (maybe firm overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content.
We have info about hybrid schedule: encouraged to be in office average 3 days a week. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section.
Benefits: they mention robust Total Rewards package includes generous PTO, flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, paid time off for employees to volunteer. That's benefits.
Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section because no specific pay info.
Skills: Could extract from experience: project management, communication, presentation, data analysis, Microsoft Office proficiency, etc. Could be a Skills section.
Requirements/Qualifications: The "Your Experience" section lists required qualifications: 5+ years experience, Bachelor's degree HR or business-related, experience in public accounting/professional services, deep expertise in performance management, business acumen, project management skills, communication skills, attention to detail, ability to develop executive presentations, presentation skills, collaborator, resilience, ability to bring ideas, data analysis, flexibility, proficiency in MS Office. Those are requirements.
Preferred Qualifications: experience with AI tools, SharePoint, Qualtrics 360, Cornerstone, UKG, PowerBI; PHR or SHRM-CP designation is a plus. Could be included under Qualifications or separate.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience", etc. Not present.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So we won't have heading "Performance Management Manager". We'll have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Schedule.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as described, but we can format into lists.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat same bullet.
Let's extract content:
Firm description / About the role: The initial paragraphs about CohnReznick growth, top professional services firm, advisory, assurance, tax, helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, maximize value through LLP and Advisory LLC, provides leaders with deep industry knowledge, solutions, insight on emerging market forces, offices nationwide, serves organizations worldwide as independent member of Nexia. Then mention exciting career opportunity for Performance Management Manager to join Talent Management team in hybrid capacity. Hybrid firm, most professionals within commutable distance, position hybrid, expected thoughtful intentional in-person collaboration, encouraged to be in office/together in person on average 3 days a week.
We could combine that into About the role (firm overview) and maybe Schedule separate.
But schedule: "While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week." That's schedule.
Why CohnReznick: mission, values, work-life balance, Total Rewards package includes generous PTO, flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, paid time off for employees to volunteer.
Responsibilities: bullet list of duties.
Experience/Requirements: bullet list of required qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications: bullet list of preferred.
Skills: Could be derived from required qualifications but maybe we can combine into Requirements and Skills? The instruction: Use sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications? Might be redundant
