Performance Improvement Project Manager

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close complex projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and specified delivery. Your leadership is pivotal for successful project outcomes. You will define scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop plans, manage resources, and track progress while proactively mitigating risks. You will also facilitate communication, lead project teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Leads, coordinates, and facilitates performance improvement team projects and initiatives. Identifies performance improvement opportunities as they relate to outcomes, values, and/or business objectives. Analyzes and assesses clinical practices for opportunities to improve healthcare delivery. Applies accepted standards, tools, and methodologies to uphold data-based performance improvement activities/initiatives. Contributes to the overall clinical effectiveness function by serving as a representative at team meetings, committees, and performing clinical data audits, analysis, and audit functions.

• Apply accepted standards, tools, and methodologies for data-based performance improvement activities.
• Serve as a representative at team meetings and committees; perform clinical data audits and analysis.

Requirements

• Oregon RN License (Required).
• Five (5) years of related work experience demonstrating requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities, including experience in outcomes measurement, risk assessment, data analysis/reporting, and management of clinical work teams (Required).
• Bachelor's in Nursing or other Healthcare discipline (Preferred).
