About the role

The Performance Excellence Manager drives operational consistency, compliance and sustainability of standardized models across the Plasma Procurement organization. This role ensures that best practices are documented, deployed and maintained through governance, training, and performance monitoring. The position plays a critical role in embedding a culture of standard work and operational discipline across all centers and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and update enterprise process standards, playbooks, and operational models in collaboration with SMEs.
• Lead and support the implementation of Lean Management System practices, including Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Daily/Tier Management, Visual Management, Gemba, structured problem solving/A3, and other continuous improvement routines.
• Partner with Operations leaders and CI to identify operational gaps, reduce variation, improve flow, and sustain improvements through standardized management systems.
• Develop and partner with Field Leadership a compliance framework
