Performance Advisory Services Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Performance Advisory Services Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will oversee a healthcare consulting services team with responsibility for P&L performance, service growth, and delivery effectiveness. The manager will partner closely with sales and marketing to expand offerings, strengthen market differentiation, and ensure the team is positioned to meet client needs. In addition, this position will help identify technology needs, drive continuous improvement, and build a strong coaching culture across a distributed team. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance advisory team and manage the performance advisory services P&L
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to drive service growth
• Innovate and expand consulting services to differentiate offerings in the market
• Identify technology needs to support service delivery effectiveness
• Establish a culture of continuous improvement and effective coaching within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with 10 years of experience in healthcare consulting services, or a High School Diploma/GED and 14 years of experience in healthcare consulting services
• Seven years of leadership experience managing distributed teams
• Five years of direct P&L responsibility in healthcare consulting services
• Strong background in revenue cycle management or related fields
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay

$163,200 – $224,400 annually
