Responsibilities

  • Performs temporary, instructional-related activities at the direction of a licensed staff member
  • Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
  • Affords assistance to the licensed staff member with assigned tasks
  • Completes non-licensed instructional responsibilities
  • Displays personal and professional qualities that promote a safe and caring environment conducive to student learning
  • Meets the identified learning needs of assigned students as directed by a licensed staff member
  • Works collaboratively and cooperatively with instructional staff and others in completing responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school graduate - high school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred qualifications include demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous demands and set clear priorities, effective organizational and time management skills, and understanding of data privacy laws and their implications for the educational community
