Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the clinical manager, the Home Hospice RN performs primary nursing care functions in conformance with professional standards of hospice nursing practice.
- Providing individualized care to patients in their home under the plan of care approved by the primary physician.
Requirements
- RN licensure in the State of Maryland
- Experience in Epic and Oasis required
- Prior experience in home health/hospice required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
- Per Visit Rate: $60.00 (Weekend: $80.00)
- Start of Care Visit: $175.00 (Weekend: $250.00)
- Additional Rates for Specialty Visits
