Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification required
- Connecticut licensure/certification as applicable
- School-based, pediatric, or ABA experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide classroom consultation and behavioral support
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute behavioral recommendations
- Train and support school staff
- Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress
- Maintain appropriate documentation and professional standards
