Per Diem RN

Position: RN at the Center for Cardiac Health, per diem role with a focus on cardiac nursing care. Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care.Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care and promote optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and families, communicate changes in patient conditions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Qualifications & Skills Active Illinois RN license required.Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.ACLS and BLS certifications required.Minimum of 2+ years of cardiac nursing experience.
