About the Role
Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) providing direct patient care in a clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and medications
- Evaluate patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives
- Ensure effective communication

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from a specialty nursing program (required)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Compassionate patient interactions
- Adherence to policies and procedures
Additional Details
- Work primarily during night shifts (7p‑7:30a)
- Active participation in unit decision‑making and evidence‑based practice
