Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem

Position: RN - Labor and Delivery - Per Diem Location: Arlington Heights, IL Responsibilities Perform patient assessments and gather health data involving patients, families, and healthcare providers.Coordinate patient care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate.Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing with all stakeholders.Individualize patient and family education based on thorough assessments to meet their specific needs.Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or BSN from an accredited nursing program.Active nursing license in Illinois.CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Key Duties Provide specialized labor and delivery nursing care during night shifts.Ensure safe, effective, and individualized patient care.Participate in continuous professional development and quality initiatives.
