Responsibilities

• Assessing patients
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administering treatments and medications
• Evaluating patient responses
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Ensuring a positive patient and family experience
• Participating in quality and safety initiatives
• Troubleshooting equipment issues
• Contributing to evidence-based practice decisions

Qualifications

Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
