Position Overview
Seeking a registered nurse for a per diem inpatient role in a 24-bed advanced acute care unit.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver comprehensive patient care, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostics
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to resolve issues and meet patient needs
- Promote compassionate interactions, safety, and patient satisfaction
- Participate in quality and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Graduation from a nursing specialty training program
- Ability to perform assessments within scope of practice

Schedule
