Per diem Inpatient RN providing compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in a 30‑bed advanced acute care unit that primarily treats medical patients and serves as backup for trauma, neuro, and surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop coordinated care plans.
• Administer treatments and medications.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing.
• Meets all standard qualifications for patient care.
