Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Colorado Springs, CO Job Summary: ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate per-diem Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of superheroes in Colorado Springs, CO! As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders. Responsibilities: Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Work closely with children to develop and maintain skills, such as communication, socialization, and adaptive behaviorCollect and record data to track progress and make informed treatment decisionsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clientsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environmentCommunicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionalsParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy Requirements: Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Must be available from the hours of 11:00am - 3:00pm, Monday-Friday, and work as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education in a related field preferred1 year of experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disordersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstancesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, bend, and move equipment as neededMust be available to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and evenings. We are seeking an RBT who is available from 12:30pm-5:30pm, Monday-Friday.
