About the role
This per diem primary care role involves seeing patients with diverse needs, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and via tele-health, and collaborating with in-person and virtual teams. The provider will utilize clinical training for patient care and procedures, with opportunities to expand virtual licensure in additional states.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Current or ability to obtain Washington state licensure
- Board Certification
