About the role
Seeking a primary care clinician for a per diem, hourly position involving 16-24 patient care hours weekly. The role includes seeing patients with diverse needs through in-office and tele-health visits, collaborating with in-person and virtual teams, and utilizing clinical skills for in-office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered primary care across diverse clinical settings
- Collaborate with team members via daily huddles and virtual platforms
- Perform in-office procedures and utilize clinical skills effectively
- Maintain licensure and credentialing for virtual care in multiple states as needed
- Conduct acute, chronic, and wellness exams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Current or ability to obtain Washington state licensure
- Board certification
- Proficiency with technology and evidence-based primary care
