Per Diem Physician

About the Role

As a physician at Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, you will play a critical role in helping patients with joint pain and arthritis find relief through our cutting-edge treatments and therapies. You will be responsible for performing staff-assisted viscosupplementation injections, ensuring each patient experiences a comfortable and efficient visit every time.

At Arthritis Knee Pain Centers, we are committed to providing exceptional, non-surgical, non-opioid, pain-relieving therapy to patients suffering from chronic osteoarthritis of the knee. Our care standard celebrates every patient's unique needs with empathy, care, and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Implement patient treatment plans, including recommending supplements, injections, and other therapies.
• Administer viscosupplementation agents using the latest technology and the newest clinically researched products.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventative measures to minimize joint pain and damage.
• Complete provider note documentation and modifications.
• Ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• 2 years minimum practice experience.
• Proven working experience as a physician.
• Knowledge of orthopedic medical procedures.

Skills

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Social perceptiveness and service-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.

Schedule

Per diem (as needed).

Practice operational hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Work Setting

• In-person.
