Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Casual Employee)

About the role

This is a casual/per diem, hourly clinician role (8–23 patient care hours per week) seeing patients across multiple offices in Austin, TX, including Aldrich Street Mueller, Domain Northside, and South Austin.

• Seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training with opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Ability to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes

Pay

The hourly pay rate for this casual provider position is $73.00 per hour.
