Per Diem Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Casual Employee)
About the role
Casual Employee (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs.
Location: Seeing patients across multiple offices in Atlanta, GA including the Ponce City Market clinic location. Weekly schedule could include hours at several clinics in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must be flexible and open to working at multiple One Medical clinic locations in the Greater Atlanta area.
What you'll be working on
Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required
- Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Georgia
- The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
- Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
