About the role

The role involves seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office and occasionally through telehealth, collaborating with in-office teammates, and performing in-office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
• Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience required
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Texas
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes
• Board Certification
