Location: Bethesda, MD (including offices in Maryland, Virginia, and DC)

What You'll Be Working On

• Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs
• Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office and occasionally through telehealth
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in the state of Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC
• The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups
• Enrolled in or have completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics
• A passion for human-centered primary care
• The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to improving patient outcomes
• An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses
• The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues
• Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients

Pay

Hourly rate: $135.00 per hour

Schedule

Weekly schedule will include hours at several clinics in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.
